2nd Call is a community based organization designed to save lives, by reducing violence and assisting in the personal development of high risk individuals, proven offenders, ex-felons, parolees and others who society disregards.

2nd Call serves high-risk offenders, with a continuum fee (based on eligibility) for services and programs, including: job readiness, life skills, court approved anger management, parenting and domestic violence. 2nd Call provides an alternative to violence and abuse through intervention, counseling and support. All classes are aimed at promoting positive growth and post release mentorship.
